In 1974 we opened our doors of what was an old fishermen's house, to show the authentic island gastronomy.

Our specialty is the seafood cuisine of Ibiza. The roots of these elaborations are the dishes that were cooked in the fishing boats and that were made with the products that the sea and the land gave.

The “Bullit de peix with arroz a banda”, “Salmorra” and “Guisat de peix” are some of those emblematic dishes that can be tasted in Can Gat.
